Boy or Girl? Check Out Our Gender Reveal!
One of the most fun things for me with our pregnancy has been thinking of new and unique ways to share different milestones along the way. I’m so lucky to have my incredibly talented friend Rebekah jump in to snap these moments!
Backstory: the original goal was for me and Rebekah to surprise Matthew with the gender during our photo shoot, but the weather in Atlanta has been so terrible that our original date got rained out! I am a TERRIBLE secret keeper, and there was no way I was going to be able to keep this from him for over two week, so I caved and told him. As much fun as it would have been to surprise him in the moment, it was still so wonderful to be able to surprise him in private. I grabbed a cute onesie from Target and hid it for him to find.
So the actual day of our gender reveal shoot was more of a celebration for both of us over the excitement we were feeling over having a little… BOY!!
WHAT! Are you as surprised as we were?? Matthew was SURE we were having a girl (while I felt in my gut the entire time it was going to be a boy). So full of love and joy over what’s to come in the next few months. What will he be like? What will his laugh sound like? Whose eyes will he have?
