It’s hard to believe it, but the holidays are inching closer. We are already anticipating that we won’t be able to attend as many “in person” events with the prediction that social distancing might still be necessary, so I have started brainstorming how to still feel close to friends and neighbors. One thing I also love are easy Christmas cookie exchange recipes!

This Christmas might look different, but I know that I still want to find a way to make our neighbors feel special. An affordable and simple Christmas gift is always Christmas cookies!

Christmas cookies are an easy and affordable gift to give at the holidays. Whether you choose to just make one recipe, or like to create a variety, homemade gifts are a simple way to show people that you care. Try one of these Easy Christmas Simmer Pot Recipes for a festive smelling home while you bake, too.

I like to keep things simple, so I am planning on sticking to a few tried and true easy Christmas cookie recipes. I will be baking multiple recipes all in one day to create a variety. I recommend doing the same if you can; it can become challenging (and your cookies might get stale!) if you take multiple days to cook multiple recipes.

This list includes quite a few delicious and easy Christmas cookie exchange recipes that are perfect for gifts. I personally usually bake 3-4 different recipes to gift, and always make sure to bake extra for my family to snack on, too.
