Important Update: The global social distancing measures due to COVID-19 continue to effect our shop as well. We’ve made the tough decision to temporarily pause all new orders, as our fulfillment partner is navigating incredibly long delays. We appreciate your patience and support as we hope to reopen soon!

 SHIPPING POLICIES –

All of our items are made to order. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be processed and made. Items ship from a 3rd party partner directly to you via USPS First Class Mail. Please note, due to COVID-19 shipping times might be delayed due to our fulfillment partner working with a limited staff. We appreciate your patience during this time. 

Item marked delivered, but not received?
If you track your package and it shows it has been delivered, but was not received please contact your local post office prior to contacting us. If the package does not arrive, contact us after 14 days to discuss further options. If a lost package claim needs to be filed with USPS, we will file the claim. We must be notified within 30 days. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Customs and Duties Fees
The buyer is responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply to buyers outside the US. Sellers aren’t responsible for delays due to customs.

– REFUNDS & EXCHANGES –
Exchanges
Customers can exchange clothing items within 14 days from delivery date for another size only if it is unwashed, unworn and unstained. The buyer must cover the return shipping and we will send the replacement item at no cost to US customers only.

Items must be received back to us within 30 days of delivery.

At this time we do not accept returns. Please contact me if there is something wrong with your order so that we can make it right. 

As all items are made to order, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing all exchanges.
